However, I believe everyone has the potential to shape their lives in alignment with their values, goals, and passions; often we just don’t know how.

 

That is where I would love to support you! My name is Karina, I am a therapist, former D1 athlete, daughter, military spouse, and and anxious mid-20s human myself. I get it!

 

My goal is that you leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction. I take a person-centered approach, prioritizing a trusting relationship where you feel safe, seen, and heard.

I’m trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT, Attachment work and draw from these, along with a variety of other evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I work with individuals 13+ navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, burnout, etc. Many of my clients are used to pushing through, even when things feel heavy internally.

I’ve worked at a university with college students and athletes, and in private practice specializing in anxiety and sports, so I know firsthand the pressures of performing at a high level while trying to stay grounded.
